Sales Trainer – EdTech (Full‑time, Patna)

About the role

The Sales Trainer – EdTech will join Creators Mind™ in Patna to design and deliver comprehensive sales training programmes focused on the company’s education‑technology solutions. Working full‑time on‑site, you will enable the sales team to master product knowledge, market dynamics and effective customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop structured training curricula, workshops, role‑plays and product demonstrations for new hires and existing sales staff.
• Conduct onboarding sessions and regular skill‑building workshops aligned with business objectives.
• Assess training needs, track performance metrics and provide coaching to improve conversion rates.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure training supports revenue targets.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of EdTech trends, competitor offerings and market dynamics.
• Document training progress, outcomes and feedback for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and delivering sales training programmes, preferably in EdTech, SaaS or technology‑driven environments.
• Strong presentation, communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Marketing or a related field is preferred.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Patna and collaborate across functions.
