Sales Tele Caller – Real Estate Lead Generation

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Tele Caller to join our team in Bangalore. The role focuses on generating high‑quality leads for the real‑estate and interior design market through proactive outreach and partnership collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with channel partners to identify and nurture real‑estate leads.
• Conduct cold‑calling campaigns to prospect new customers.
• Monitor and improve telemarketing quality by reviewing inbound and outbound calls and performing test calls.
• Stay informed about industry trends in real‑estate and interiors.
• Achieve performance targets related to speed, efficiency, quality, delivery, and sales.
• Work six days a week on‑site at the HRBR Layout office.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities.
• Positive attitude and passion for sales.
