About the role
We are hiring Tele Callers for Cranberry.Fit's migraine care plans. As the first voice our potential members hear, you will introduce them to our health plan and set the stage for a positive experience.
Key responsibilities
- Call assigned leads to book a slot for their health plan explanation call.
- Clearly explain Cranberry's migraine care plan and its benefits.
- Follow up consistently to drive sales closure.
- Maintain accurate call logs and update lead status daily.
Required profile
- Strong communicator.
- Fluent in English.
- Preferably 1+ year experience in telecalling, BPO, or customer‑facing sales.
