Sales Support Coordinator

About the role

CodeQuery is seeking a proactive Sales Support Coordinator to assist the sales team with lead management, documentation, reporting and day‑to‑day coordination. The role requires strong communication, meticulous follow‑up and the ability to work closely with clients, sales executives and internal technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily sales operations and ensure smooth interaction between sales, development and project management teams.
• Manage and track leads, enquiries and follow‑ups using CRM, spreadsheets or other tools.
• Follow up with potential clients on meetings, proposals, quotations and pending requirements.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations and other sales‑related documents.
• Schedule and coordinate client meetings, calls, demos and appointments.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions and sales activities.
• Generate daily, weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
• Monitor lead status, highlight inactive leads and ensure timely follow‑up on proposals, payments and documents.

Required profile

• 1+ year of experience in sales coordination, sales support, business development or a similar role (preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication with professional, client‑friendly demeanor.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and multi‑tasking abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and ability to maintain accurate records.
