Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to join AMIR CHICKEN AND EGGS LIMITED in the Pune/Pimpri‑Chinchwad region. You will be the face of our poultry business, promoting chicken and egg products to retailers, distributors and institutional customers.

Key responsibilities

• Visit existing and prospective customers across the Pune/Pimpri‑Chinchwad area to present product range.
• Generate leads, manage the sales pipeline and negotiate pricing within company guidelines.
• Close sales to achieve or exceed monthly targets.
• Monitor market trends, gather customer feedback and report insights.
• Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate sales records, reports and CRM data.

Required profile

• Proven experience in field sales, account management or business development, preferably in FMCG, food or agriculture sectors.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Good knowledge of the local market in Pune/Pimpri‑Chinchwad and willingness to travel within the region.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and consistently meet sales targets.
• Minimum high school diploma; a degree in Business, Marketing or related field is a plus.
• Prior experience in poultry, meat or food product sales is advantageous.
