Sales & Partnerships Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Partnerships Executive to join our fast‑paced travel platform in Goa. You will drive both guest bookings and the growth of our boutique partner network, ensuring high occupancy and a curated experience for travelers.

Key responsibilities

• Process inbound and outbound leads from social channels, match guests with suitable stays, and maintain property calendars.
• Hand off confirmed orders to operations, aiming for 70–80% occupancy across properties.
• Identify, pitch, and onboard boutique properties, local experience providers, travel agents, and aggregators that align with the Zivah brand.
• Manage the full partnership lifecycle: outreach, negotiation, contracting, and ongoing relationship management.
• Conduct field visits and property walkthroughs, gather partner feedback, and relay insights to operations, marketing, and product teams.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships.
• Strong lead generation, pipeline management, and deal‑closing abilities.
• Comfort with social and digital lead generation (mining DMs, comments, etc.).
• Experience in account management and relationship building within hospitality, travel, or lifestyle sectors (preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset to identify market opportunities.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work on‑site in Goa, conduct regular visits, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent English; knowledge of local languages is a plus.
