Sales Officer (Field Sales)

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business through field sales, referrals, and channel partners.
• Acquire new customers and promote Home Credit's financial products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, partners, and customers.
• Achieve monthly sales and productivity targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Maintain accurate sales records and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred); freshers with strong sales aptitude are welcome.
• Prior experience in BFSI, NBFC, Telecom, FMCG, Retail, or Field Sales is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and willing to work in the field.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and digital applications.
