Sales & Marketing Management Trainee

About the role

EazyDiner, India’s leading table‑reservation and restaurant discovery platform, is seeking enthusiastic recent graduates to join its Sales Management Trainee program. Over a 12‑month structured training period, you will gain hands‑on experience in field sales, client onboarding, and strategic business development across the food & beverage sector.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new restaurant leads, presenting EazyDiner’s value proposition.
• Visit restaurants, negotiate commercial agreements, and onboard them onto the platform.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with partner restaurants.
• Collaborate with restaurants to design guest‑focused offers while protecting partner interests.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to propose effective campaigns.
• Submit regular sales reports and performance updates to the Sales Manager.
• Achieve monthly targets for onboarding, revenue growth, and customer acquisition.
• Maintain accurate restaurant information, including menus and offerings.
• Work with the Concierge team to convert guest queries into reservations.

Required profile

• MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field (recent graduates preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
• Passion for the food & beverage and hospitality industry.
• Proactive, self‑motivated, and target‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
