About the role

Join Bosch Group in Bangalore as a Sales and Marketing professional focused on the external market for capital equipment. You will drive sales growth, expand the customer base, and collaborate across Bosch entities to achieve revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in the external market.
• Identify growth opportunities, generate leads, and cross‑sell Bosch solutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to shape sales tactics.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, performance reports and data‑driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on project concepts, estimations and proposals.
• Provide quick project and budget estimates for mechanical, electrical and service projects.
• Plan marketing materials, presentations and exhibition content for sales pitches.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience in capital equipment sales targeting external markets.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding customer portfolios.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret market data.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
