Sales & Marketing Executive – Education Solutions

About the role

Invigilate, a technology‑driven assessment solutions provider, is seeking a proactive Sales & Marketing Executive to help expand its footprint among educational institutions, government bodies, corporates and training partners. This entry‑level position offers the chance to work directly with the founders and leadership team, turning market insights into tangible business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify and qualify new business prospects.
• Generate leads and execute outreach campaigns across LinkedIn and other channels.
• Engage with educational institutions, government organisations, corporates and training partners to build relationships.
• Support the creation of proposals, presentations and marketing collateral.
• Coordinate client meetings, product demos and follow‑up activities.
• Maintain CRM data, track leads and report on pipeline status.
• Assist with digital‑marketing initiatives, brand storytelling and content creation.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate (MBA preferred, especially with a marketing focus) or candidate with exposure to educational/institutional sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with a keen interest in market research and sales.
• Confidence in networking and professional interactions.
