About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Associate to join Marriott Vacation Club in Goa. The role focuses on promoting the brand, driving revenue through preview package sales, and delivering exceptional service to prospective owners and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Promote brand awareness internally and externally.
• Use sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty.
• Contact potential owners by phone to schedule preview package tours.
• Explain presentation details, verify eligibility, and arrange tours for Marriott Vacation Club properties.
• Provide complimentary gifts such as reward points or tickets to enhance guest experience.
• Perform general office duties including filing, emailing, typing, and faxing to support the Sales & Marketing team.
• Accurately receive, record, and relay messages.
• Assist management with training, evaluating, and coaching employees.
• Uphold company policies, maintain professional appearance, and protect confidential information.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant sales or marketing experience.
• Strong communication skills and professional telephone etiquette.
• Ability to perform basic office tasks and lift objects up to 10 lb.
• No supervisory experience required.
