Sales Officer – Packaged Drinking Water

About the role

We are seeking a result‑oriented Sales Officer to drive market penetration and manage distribution for our packaged drinking water brand, Bailley. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding the distributor network, and ensuring efficient asset and account management.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly primary and secondary sales targets across retail and institutional channels.
• Manage and expand the distributor network, maintaining optimal stock levels and market coverage.
• Monitor rotation and recovery of 20 L water jars from the market.
• Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments and maintain clean distributor ledgers.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hardcore sales experience in the water, beverage, or FMCG sector.
• Good knowledge of the local retail and distributor landscape.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Basic Excel reporting skills.
• Own a two‑wheeler and hold a valid driving license.
