Sales Manager – Restaurant Partnerships

About the role

Swiggy is looking for a Sales Manager to own acquisition and engagement of single‑outlet independent restaurants within an assigned city. You will act as the primary point of contact, understand each partner’s business challenges and help them grow orders, visibility and customer engagement through Swiggy’s platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own a defined geographic territory and build strong relationships with restaurant partners.
• Conduct 80‑90 in‑person visits per month, delivering product demos, ROI analysis and partnership proposals.
• Diagnose restaurant needs, position Swiggy’s solutions, and manage the full sales lifecycle from pitching to activation and ongoing support.
• Track adoption metrics, troubleshoot growth barriers and adjust strategies based on data.
• Maintain revenue targets, manage pipeline and conversion rates.
• Use advanced Excel/Google Sheets to record and analyse daily performance data.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitive landscape and provide field feedback to product teams.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of experience in B2B sales, field sales or business development, preferably in FMCG, food & beverage or hospitality.
• Strong consultative selling mindset with a focus on partnership building.
• Ability to work independently in a field‑intensive environment.
