About the role
We are looking for a dynamic, target‑driven Sales Manager for the Loans department. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales of various loan products, leading a team of sales professionals, and expanding channel partnerships to meet monthly business targets across assigned locations.
Key responsibilities
- Drive sales of loan products such as Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, Mortgage/LAP, and Vehicle Loans.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Executives and Relationship Managers.
- Expand channel partnerships to increase market reach.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Required profile
- 6‑1 years of proven experience exclusively in the loan industry.
- Full‑time employment.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
