Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking a confident Sales Manager to turn enquiries into admissions and bookings for Cast & Craft Academy programmes and Crafting Memories’ B2C casting services. The role blends consultative selling with relationship management across education, training and luxury‑service segments.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and qualify leads generated via ads, social media and referrals.
• Counsel prospects on academy programmes, workshops and casting services, matching solutions to their needs.
• Maintain structured follow‑ups through calls, WhatsApp and CRM, converting leads into enrolments, consultations and bookings.
• Explain benefits, pricing, payment plans and service processes; schedule studio visits, home consultations and casting appointments.
• Keep accurate lead status, follow‑up dates and payment details in the CRM.
• Coordinate with operations, trainers and casting teams after conversion.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets, supporting upselling and repeat‑sale opportunities.
• Collect customer feedback and nurture professional client relationships.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of sales experience, preferably in education, training, luxury services or consultative sales.
• Strong communication, counselling and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable making calls, following up and working toward targets.
• Fluent in Hindi and English.
• Energetic, disciplined and focused on conversions.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of CRM systems.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets.
• Experience using WhatsApp for sales communication.
