Sales Manager – Hotel Revenue & Client Relations

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive hotel revenue by acquiring new business, nurturing existing client relationships, and meeting room, banquet and catering sales targets while upholding IHG brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business through sales calls, client meetings and networking.
• Manage and grow corporate, MICE, leisure and travel trade accounts.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales and revenue targets.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts and close business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of bookings and events.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts and reports.
• Build long‑term client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hotel sales experience, preferably with an international brand.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with hotel sales systems.
