Sales Manager Cross Sell LAP

About the role

A Sales Manager for cross-selling Loan Against Property (LAP) in Ahmedabad, working as an individual contributor in direct sales. The role drives LAP business by converting existing customers and acquiring new ones, while meeting assigned sourcing, login, sanction and disbursement targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and convert LAP opportunities from existing customers and eligible relationships.
• Generate fresh LAP business through open-market sourcing, customer referrals and direct sales.
• Build and maintain a customer pipeline to meet monthly targets.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable LAP solutions.
• Manage the full sales journey, from lead generation and login to sanction and disbursement.
• Coordinate with credit, legal, technical and operations teams for timely case closure.
• Collect and verify customer documents and follow up on pending applications.
• Maintain sales MIS, lead tracking, conversion reports and pipeline updates.
• Ensure customer satisfaction, process compliance and quality sourcing.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales, Marketing or Finance preferred.
• Relevant experience in LAP, mortgage loans or secured lending sales.
• Experience cross-selling financial products and acquiring new customers.
• Ability to achieve business targets and manage a field-sales pipeline.

Required skills

• Strong customer relationship management, negotiation and sales skills.
• Knowledge of LAP documentation, eligibility, credit processes and loan disbursement.
