About the role

Sanity Softwares is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive new business for its interactive web and software solutions. Based in Patna, you will work on‑site, meeting clients, understanding their digital needs, and presenting tailored proposals that align with their brand objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and networking.
• Meet with prospective and existing clients to gather requirements for web and software projects.
• Prepare and deliver customized proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
• Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure accurate scoping and timely delivery.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline, track performance against targets, and provide market feedback.
• Represent the company at local events and client visits to enhance brand visibility.

Required profile

• Strong consultative selling and relationship‑building abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Organizational talent with the capacity to manage multiple prospects and meet sales targets.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Patna, travel locally, and engage in regular face‑to‑face collaboration.
• Relevant education in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field; prior experience in software or IT sales is a plus.
