About the role

Xolsun Renewables is expanding its solar and renewable energy business in Patna and is looking for energetic, target‑oriented Sales Executives. You will be responsible for promoting rooftop solar and other solar solutions to residential and commercial customers.

Key responsibilities

Generate leads and develop new customer relationships.
Promote rooftop solar and related solutions through meetings and site visits.
Prepare quotations, follow up with prospects and close sales.
Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Achieve monthly sales targets set by management.

Required profile

1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in solar, electrical, real estate or related sectors.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Result‑driven attitude with a focus on meeting targets.
