Sales Executive – Retail (Bhubaneswar)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our retail team at Nexus Esplanade, Bhubaneswar. The role focuses on driving daily and monthly sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience in a fast‑paced store environment.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve assigned daily and monthly sales targets.
• Provide high‑level customer service and ensure satisfaction.
• Develop and set up promotional materials and in‑store displays.
• Maintain compliance with store SOPs, etiquette, and operating hours.
• Assist the store manager with stock management, audits, and daily checklists.
• Invite customers to the outlet, introduce the MYOP concept, and guide them to select suitable perfumes.
• Handle customer complaints, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary.
• Complete all required trainings within stipulated timelines.

Required profile

• Graduate or fresher with a passion for sales.
• 1‑3 years of retail sales experience preferred, especially with B2C brands.
• Strong communication skills and ability to converse in multiple languages.
• Excellent work ethic, time‑management, and customer‑service orientation.
