Sales Executive – On‑Trade (Goa)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to lead our On‑Trade operations across Goa. The role focuses on expanding the presence of our premium agave spirit, building strong relationships with outlets and distributors, and driving sales growth in the beverage market.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets through strategic planning and field execution.
• Expand distribution width across key accounts and On‑Trade outlets.
• Collaborate with distributors and partners to optimise product visibility and placement.
• Identify market opportunities via competitor analysis, consumer insights, and territory mapping.
• Prospect and activate new sales channels using networking and digital outreach.
• Conduct product presentations and tastings for trade partners and stakeholders.
• Lead negotiations, resolve trade objections and provide solutions‑focused support.
• Coordinate with marketing, brand and operations teams for seamless campaign execution.
• Share market feedback and trade intelligence to guide brand and product decisions.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of sales experience in liquor, beverage or FMCG sectors.
• Strong network in Goa (preferred).
• Proficiency in English and local languages.
• Deep understanding of trade landscape, placement strategy and sales analytics.
• Highly driven, target‑oriented and passionate about premium brands.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales or a related field.
