Sales Executive – Mattress Showroom

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Executive with previous sales experience in a mattress shop or mattress retail showroom. The candidate should be confident in dealing with customers, understanding their requirements, explaining mattress features, and closing sales.

Key responsibilities

• Attend to customers and understand their mattress requirements.
• Explain different mattress types, features, benefits, and prices.
• Recommend suitable mattresses based on customer needs and budget.
• Handle customer enquiries and follow up with potential customers.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain good customer relationships and provide a positive showroom experience.
• Maintain proper product and sales information in the showroom.
• Coordinate with the team for billing, delivery, and other customer requirements.

Required profile

• Previous Sales Executive experience in a mattress shop/showroom (compulsory).
• 2–4 years of relevant sales experience preferred.
• Good communication and customer‑handling skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Target‑oriented and willing to work in a retail showroom.
• Good attitude, confidence, and interpersonal skills.
