Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive will work full‑time on‑site in Jaipur, promoting 99Tolet’s online rental marketplace to landlords, tenants and agents. The role focuses on generating new business, nurturing relationships and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective landlords, tenants and agents.
• Promote 99Tolet’s rental property services and explain platform features and pricing.
• Negotiate and close rental agreements while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Manage leads, maintain accurate sales records and coordinate onboarding with internal teams.
• Achieve defined sales targets and gather market feedback to support local marketing initiatives.
• Represent the company in client meetings, property visits and community events.

Required profile

• Strong sales, business development and client relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to prospect, qualify leads and negotiate deals.
• Effective communication, presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Basic understanding of the real‑estate rental market; prior experience is a plus.
• Comfortable using online platforms, CRM tools and smartphones to manage leads.
• Proactive, target‑driven with solid time‑management and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Jaipur, conduct local market visits and travel within the city.
• Minimum high‑school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field is preferred.
