Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target‑driven Sales Executive to join our growing travel company. The role focuses on generating leads, converting inquiries into bookings and nurturing long‑term client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries related to travel packages and services.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel packages.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into confirmed bookings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth booking and travel arrangements.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and competitor offerings.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the CRM system.

Required profile

• 0–4 years of experience in sales (travel industry experience preferred but not mandatory).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and convincing ability.
• Self‑motivated with a results‑driven approach.
• Basic knowledge of domestic/international travel destinations is a plus.
