Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive will join Alive Dreams Holidays in Kolkata to drive revenue by promoting and selling travel packages to individual and corporate clients. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on proactive customer engagement, lead generation and delivering tailored holiday solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and nurture leads through phone calls, emails and face‑to‑face meetings.
• Present suitable holiday packages, prepare quotations and negotiate pricing and terms.
• Close sales while maintaining accurate records in the company’s CRM or internal booking system.
• Coordinate with operations and ticketing teams to ensure smooth booking execution and post‑sales support.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients, travel partners and corporate accounts.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and participate in promotional activities.
• Stay updated on travel trends, destination offerings and product updates.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to listen and present travel solutions clearly.
• Proven sales and negotiation abilities, including lead generation and pipeline management.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem‑solving mindset.
• Organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple inquiries efficiently.
• Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, tourism, hospitality or related field is preferred.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Kolkata and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
