Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our retail team. The role involves driving daily and monthly sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience in a store environment.

Key responsibilities

• Work towards daily and monthly sales targets.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Develop and arrange promotional material and in‑store displays.
• Maintain adherence to SOPs, store etiquette and timing.
• Assist the store manager with stock management and complete all required trainings on schedule.
• Invite customers to the outlet, introduce the MYOP concept and demonstrate products.
• Help customers select the right perfume.
• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising and conduct stock audits.
• Complete DSR and daily checklists, place stock requests to head office, validate and receive stock.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints, escalating to the appropriate department when needed.

Required profile

• Graduate preferred with up to 2 years of retail sales experience (freshers welcome).
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.
• Ability to communicate in multiple languages.
