Sales Executive – Hotel & Hospitality

About the role

Jomotel Hotels, a boutique hospitality brand, is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive room bookings and package sales across corporate clients, travel agencies, and event organizers. Based in Rohini, this full-time, on-site role focuses on expanding the hotel's market presence while ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event organizers.
• Conduct client meetings, manage inquiries, and prepare tailored proposals.
• Negotiate rates and close sales to meet revenue targets.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients and follow up on leads.
• Coordinate with operations and reservations teams to ensure smooth guest experiences.
• Support local marketing initiatives and track sales performance.
• Provide regular sales reports and insights to management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hotel or hospitality sales, business development, or a similar client-facing role.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to identify leads, manage pipelines and achieve clear sales and revenue targets.
• Service-oriented mindset with professionalism and ethical business practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing or related field (preferred).
• Willingness to work on-site in Rohini with flexible schedules as needed.
• Prior experience in the Indian hospitality or travel sector is an advantage.
