Sales Executive – Financial Products

About the role

The Sales Executive will work on-site in Kanpur, driving acquisition of new customers for Bajaj Finserv’s financial product portfolio. You will build strong client relationships, understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions while meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers for lending, insurance and wealth advisory products.
• Present financial solutions, explain value propositions and close deals.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and market insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
• Continuously monitor performance against targets and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities with a client‑focused mindset.
• Knowledge of financial products (lending, insurance, wealth advisory) is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Experience in sales, financial services or related fields is an advantage.
• Adaptable, organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
