Sales Executive – Ethnic Wear

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our ethnic wear store. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, helping them choose traditional apparel while delivering an outstanding shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting ethnic wear products such as sarees, lehengas, suits, and kurta sets based on their preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service, maintain professional relationships, and achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Offer styling advice, guide product selection, sizing, and coordination.
• Maintain attractive merchandise displays, ensure store cleanliness, and manage inventory checks.
• Handle customer queries, billing coordination, and after‑sales service.
• Stay updated on new collections, trends, and product knowledge.
• Support stock management and follow company policies on grooming and behaviour.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in ethnic wear sales, preferably in a retail showroom or fashion brand.
• Strong communication and customer handling abilities.
• Sales‑oriented, target‑driven mindset with a presentable and professional appearance.
• Good knowledge of ethnic fashion, styling, and current trends.
