Sales Executive – Campus Recruitment

About the role

The Sales Executive will work on‑site in Bhubaneswar on a full‑time basis, driving business growth and building strong relationships with educational institutes and corporate clients for Hirekarma’s campus recruitment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify leads, conduct client meetings and presentations, and promote Hirekarma’s recruitment solutions.
• Manage the sales pipeline, negotiate agreements, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
• Track market trends, gather client feedback, and contribute to sales strategies that expand Hirekarma’s reach in campus placements, skill development, and related services.
• Report regularly on sales activities and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities to explain solutions to academic and industry stakeholders.
• Customer service and stakeholder management orientation to deliver a professional, responsive, solution‑oriented experience.
• Basic analytical and reporting skills to track performance and understand market trends.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Prior B2B sales experience in ed‑tech, recruitment services, or campus placement solutions (advantage).
• Ability to work on‑site in Bhubaneswar, travel to client locations, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms (preferred).
