Sales Executive – Campus Placement Solutions

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site Sales Executive position is based in Bhubaneswar. You will identify and engage prospective client institutes and corporates, conduct sales meetings and presentations, and promote HIREKARMA’s campus placement and recruitment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective client institutes and corporates to generate new business opportunities.
• Conduct sales meetings and presentations, clearly explaining technical recruitment solutions.
• Manage the end‑to‑end sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to proposal development, negotiation and closure.
• Maintain strong client relationships, providing regular follow‑ups, support and ensuring smooth onboarding.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align service delivery with client expectations.
• Track sales performance, prepare reports and forecasts, gather market feedback and contribute to continuous improvement of sales strategies.

Required profile

• Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, prospecting and closing deals.
• Ability to build and maintain long‑term client relationships with effective stakeholder management.
• Solid communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex services clearly.
• Basic understanding of the recruitment, HR or education ecosystem, especially campus placements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field; prior B2B sales or ed‑tech experience is a plus.
