Sales Executive (Campus & Corporate Solutions)

About the role

HIREKARMA PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a full‑time Sales Executive to expand its campus recruitment and corporate hiring solutions. Based in Bhubaneswar, you will work on‑site to identify and win new business with colleges, universities and corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads and conduct outreach to educational institutions and corporate partners.
• Deliver product demonstrations and present recruitment solutions.
• Manage the sales pipeline, negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company guidelines.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their hiring needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
• Track sales performance, prepare regular reports and provide insights to refine sales strategies.

Required profile

• Proven sales and business development experience, including lead generation, prospecting and closing.
• Strong client relationship management skills, especially with institutional and corporate stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment, campus placements or HR solutions; experience in education or staffing is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent sales experience.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Bhubaneswar and travel locally for client meetings.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Familiarity with online meeting platforms.
• Competence in standard productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
