Sales Executive & Area Sales Manager

About the role

Durocon, a leading provider of construction chemicals in India, is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive & Area Sales Manager to lead and expand its market presence in Belgaum and surrounding areas. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on driving sales of tile adhesives, epoxy grouts, waterproofing solutions, and related products.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Visit dealers, distributors, contractors, and project customers to promote the product portfolio.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and monitor market trends.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical guidance as needed.
• Negotiate pricing within company guidelines and ensure timely collections.
• Prepare regular sales reports and coordinate with internal teams for supply and support.
• Represent Durocon at local trade events, exhibitions, and customer meetings.

Required profile

• Proven experience in field sales, business development, and territory management within building materials or construction‑related products.
• Ability to manage dealer and distributor networks and build long‑term customer relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Independent work style with effective prioritisation to meet targets.
• Willingness to travel regularly within Belgaum and nearby areas; valid driving licence preferred.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM or sales tracking tools.
