Sales Business Development Executive

About the role

Protrainy is seeking a Sales Business Development professional to drive enrollment for its e‑learning courses targeting civil engineering students and professionals. The role is full‑time, on‑site in Bhubaneswar, and focuses on generating leads, building relationships, and promoting the company’s training programs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and nurture new leads across students, institutions and industry partners.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
• Present course offerings, coordinate with internal teams and create tailored solutions.
• Manage the sales pipeline, track performance metrics and achieve enrollment targets.
• Provide timely customer support and represent Protrainy at events, workshops and outreach activities.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Proven experience in lead generation, market research and sales or business development, preferably in EdTech or training.
• Analytical mindset to interpret data and optimise outreach activities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑evolving startup environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field is preferred.
