Sales Business Development Executive

About the role

SkyyRider Electric Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Sales & Business Development Executive to drive inside‑sales activities for its electric vehicle portfolio. The role involves generating leads, qualifying prospects, and supporting revenue growth through proactive communication with customers and dealers.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities via outbound calls, inbound enquiries, online leads and references.
• Explain product features, specifications, pricing and commercial offers to prospective customers and dealers.
• Maintain and manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to conversion, updating CRM/ERP records.
• Coordinate with field sales, dealer development and internal teams (service, finance, operations, marketing) for lead conversion and order processing.
• Prepare daily and periodic sales reports and track market trends, competitor activities and industry developments.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing is a plus.
• 1–6 years of experience in inside sales, business development, tele‑sales or automobile sales.
• Strong knowledge of the automobile/EV market and ability to understand customer requirements.
• Confident communicator, target‑oriented and capable of working independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
• Basic knowledge of CRM/ERP software for lead tracking and sales documentation.
