About the role
Join Pi Commerce, an AI‑powered marketing platform that helps small businesses acquire customers through automated Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns. As a Sales/BD Executive you will engage Paytm’s merchant base, showcase the solution, and drive new customer acquisition.
Key responsibilities
- Connect with existing Paytm merchants via calls and WhatsApp to understand their marketing needs.
- Demonstrate the Pi Commerce platform through screen‑shared product demos.
- Address queries, handle objections, and guide merchants through campaign approval.
- Maintain lead status, demo records, and sales progress in the CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales and activation targets.
Required profile
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, digital‑marketing or SMB sales.
- Proven ability to sell Facebook, Instagram or Meta advertising solutions and lead‑generation services.
