About the role
The Sales Associate Coordinator will support PepsiCo’s market representation by working closely with distributors and sales teams to drive growth, improve distribution efficiency, and ensure product availability across outlets.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve secondary monthly sales targets and gross revenue growth.
- Plan and optimise sales routes to boost productivity.
- Increase net distribution by expanding the number of served outlets.
- Enhance weighted distribution by adding SKUs to existing outlets.
- Ensure stock availability and proper shelf‑planogram execution.
- Build strong relationships with customers to maximise satisfaction.
- Provide one‑on‑one training and coaching for sales representatives.
- Set monthly targets, monitor performance, and motivate the sales force.
- Manage distributor appointments, health (ROI), and compliance with joint business plans.
- Oversee recruitment, retention, and FIFO/stacking norms to minimise expiry.
- Track timely order deliveries and ensure food compliance.
Required profile
- Knowledge of FMCG sales and distribution models.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Basic English and local language skills.
- Ability to work with ROI models and data analysis.
