About the role

Amazon Global Selling is expanding its marketplace in India and seeks a Sales Associate to drive growth by onboarding and supporting third‑party sellers. You will work with internal Amazon teams and external sellers to deliver a best‑in‑class experience and help sellers scale their businesses on the platform.

Key responsibilities

  • Understand Amazon Services and clearly communicate their benefits to prospective sellers.
  • Engage senior executives at seller companies to negotiate agreements and facilitate onboarding.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to prioritize accounts and set targets aligned with category strategy.
  • Monitor seller performance, review sales data, and take actions to meet productivity and satisfaction goals.
  • Collaborate across multiple functions to resolve issues and improve processes.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in e‑commerce or marketplace environments.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical mindset and comfort interpreting data to drive decisions.
  • Adaptability to a fast‑changing, ambiguous environment.
