Sales and Guest Experience Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Guest Experience Manager to own the full guest journey – from the first inquiry to post‑stay review – for our boutique luxury villa estates in North Goa. Reporting directly to the Director, you will combine sales acumen with personalized hospitality to maximise occupancy and deliver unforgettable stays.

Key responsibilities

• Promptly follow up, nurture and close inbound leads generated via digital marketing, social media, calls and messaging platforms.
• Assess guest group sizes, travel dates and preferences to recommend optimal villa or estate configurations, including full‑estate buyouts.
• Negotiate rates within management guidelines and seasonal rate cards to meet revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of every lead and its status in the CRM.
• Operate the Property Management System (PMS) to keep availability, pricing and calendars synchronized.
• Manage reservations, booking confirmations, payment links and security deposits.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests before arrival, during check‑in and throughout their stay, handling special requests and feedback.
• Coordinate add‑on services such as private chef dinners, airport transfers and watersports with the villa manager and estate team.
• Request and monitor guest reviews on Google and OTA platforms.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in reservations, front office, guest relations or sales within luxury hospitality, boutique resorts or villa rentals.
• Fluent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi; additional languages are a plus.
• Based in Goa or able to relocate immediately.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a Property Management System (PMS) for reservations and inventory control.
