RPO Recruiter – IT & Non-IT Recruitment

About the role

We are seeking an experienced RPO Recruiter to manage both IT and non‑IT hiring for our clients. The role involves end‑to‑end recruitment, from sourcing to offer coordination, aligned with U.S. business hours on a night‑shift schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for IT and non‑IT positions.
• Interpret client requirements, job descriptions, and hiring priorities.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, resume databases, referrals, and Boolean/X‑Ray searches.
• Screen candidates on skills, experience, location, work authorization, and compensation.
• Conduct initial phone/video interviews and assessments.
• Present qualified candidates to clients or hiring managers.
• Coordinate interviews, follow‑ups, feedback, and offers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS/CRM.
• Meet daily and weekly submission and placement targets.
• Build and sustain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Collaborate closely with clients and internal recruitment teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in RPO or staffing.
• Strong understanding of both IT and non‑IT hiring.
• Experience recruiting for U.S. clients is preferred.
• Proven sourcing and Boolean search abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and time‑management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously and work independently.
