Room Attendant – Hotel Housekeeping

About the role

The Room Attendant ensures that guest rooms and suites are clean, well‑stocked, and ready for occupancy. Working within a 24/7 hotel environment, you will maintain high standards of cleanliness and contribute to a welcoming guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms before arrival, during stays, and after checkout, including turndown service.
• Stock carts and workstations with linens, towels, amenities, and other supplies.
• Inspect rooms to confirm they meet hotel standards prior to guest occupancy.
• Maintain cleanliness of all room surfaces, bathrooms, mirrors, windows, and floors using approved cleaning solutions.
• Report lost‑and‑found items and turn in daily reports to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Ensure room appliances are set correctly for guest comfort and energy efficiency.
• Perform additional detailed or occasional cleaning tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Prior housekeeping experience preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft applications, email, and internet.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Native American hiring preference applies.
