RF Engineer – Engineer II (Verna, Goa)

About the role

We are looking for an RF Engineer (Engineer II) to join our team in Verna, Goa. You will work on designing, developing and testing radio‑frequency components and antenna systems for wireless communications, helping to advance sustainable networks worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, evaluate and apply RF engineering principles for wireless communication products and systems.
• Perform antenna‑level design, testing and prepare production drawing packages.
• Create and execute in‑process and final testing and integration plans for new or updated products.
• Investigate and troubleshoot prototypes, stay current with RF/systems developments and research new technologies.
• Document procedures, test plans, production drawings and source‑control documentation.
• Support sales and product line management with bids, proposals and RF‑related RFQs.
• Develop technical solutions to meet customer requirements under senior engineer guidance.
• Prepare part specifications, evaluate vendors and recommend final selections.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Telecommunication or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant RF engineering experience.
• Hands‑on experience with antenna design and simulation tools.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication abilities.
