Revenue Trainee - US Hospitality

About the role

As a Revenue Associate in Training, you will help optimise hotel performance and drive revenue growth. You will execute strategies that ensure seamless operations and effective revenue management.

Key responsibilities

• Implement timely pricing updates based on market conditions and brand guidelines (e.g., Marriott, Hilton, IHG).
• Manage extranet portals with online travel agencies (OTAs) such as Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb to improve rankings and drive bookings.
• Monitor and record hotel rates to stay competitive (rate shopping).
• Configure and manage rate plans in property management systems (PMS) and revenue management systems (RMS).
• Collaborate with revenue and sales managers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
