Revenue Manager – Hospitality (North Goa)

About the role

Dia Hotels and Homes is seeking a full‑time Revenue Manager to join its North Goa property. You will be responsible for shaping the room‑rate strategy, managing inventory and distribution channels, and driving revenue growth for the hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and adjust room pricing and availability across online and offline platforms.
• Analyze booking patterns and monitor competitor pricing to optimize revenue.
• Prepare accurate revenue forecasts and reports in collaboration with finance and sales teams.
• Ensure proper revenue recognition and compliance with internal policies.
• Provide data‑driven insights to support commercial decision‑making.

Required profile

• Strong revenue management and revenue recognition expertise.
• Solid finance and accounting knowledge.
• Advanced analytical abilities to interpret data and identify trends.
• Relevant experience in hotel revenue management or hospitality finance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Hospitality Management, Business or a related field (preferred).
• Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work on‑site in North Goa and handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
