Revenue Accountant

About the role

Frontline Managed Services® is seeking a Revenue Accountant to manage client billing, revenue tracking, collections, and accounts payable. The role is essential for maintaining the financial health of the organization and supports the end‑to‑end revenue cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain client account records, ensuring all key fields are accurately populated.
• Compile, analyze, and process attorney fees and expenses for client billing.
• Review, edit, and verify pre‑bills, narratives, rates, and client billing requirements.
• Process write‑downs, attach supporting documentation, and resolve billing inquiries.
• Submit electronic invoices, track their status, and resolve rejections.
• Manage residual balances through appeals, repayments, or write‑offs.
• Liaise with billing/collections teams, attorneys, secretarial staff, and clients regarding eBilling.
• Set up and maintain vendor sites for new matters, timekeepers, and related entities.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail with ability to verify and correct billing data.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with attorneys, secretaries, and clients.
• Ability to work independently within a night shift schedule (Monday‑Friday, 6:30 PM‑3:30 AM IST).
• Experience in a professional services or legal billing environment is preferred.
