Retail Store Manager

About the role

Apple Retail is seeking a Store Manager to lead a dynamic team in delivering the iconic Apple customer experience. You will coach, develop and empower team members while ensuring the store meets performance goals and business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a diverse, high‑performing retail team.
• Recruit, train, retain and schedule staff to meet store needs.
• Actively engage on the floor, interacting with customers and team members to model excellent service.
• Address customer and employee concerns, escalating when necessary.
• Plan and execute operational strategies to achieve sales and performance targets.
• Uphold Apple policies, protect confidential information and company assets.
• Promote an inclusive environment and demonstrate Apple’s values of diversity.

Required profile

• Availability to work nights, weekends and public holidays as required.
• Proficiency in the local language, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience leading teams in retail, sales or a related field.
• Strong integrity, trust‑building and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, adaptable to different audiences.
