Retail Specialist – Franchise Operations

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Retail Specialist to drive sales and operational excellence across our franchisee network. The role blends strategic planning with hands‑on execution, focusing on target setting, sell‑through analysis, and merchandise performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead quarterly and monthly retail target planning, setting and recalibrating performance goals.
• Conduct sell‑through analysis and develop actionable strategies to improve sales.
• Plan merchandise performance, managing store‑level inventory dynamics.
• Provide operational guidance to franchisees to ensure consistency and brand standards.
• Make data‑driven decisions on sell‑in, assortment planning, and key store metrics such as conversion, UPT and ATV.
• Elevate store staff capability to deliver superior customer experiences.
• Maintain operational excellence through SOP compliance, staff management and visual merchandising.
• Track key metrics including sell‑out/in performance, inventory, margins and franchisee KPIs.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of retail operations experience, preferably in large‑format or franchise apparel stores.
• Proven ability in retail target planning and performance management.
• Strong analytical mindset for sell‑through and merchandise planning.
• Experience managing franchisee operations and developing frontline staff.
• Customer‑centric, process‑driven with attention to detail.
