Retail Salesperson

About the role

The Retail Salesperson will work full‑time at the Pigeon Exclusive Showroom in Patna, greeting customers and helping them choose kitchen equipment that fits their needs and budget. You will act as a knowledgeable guide, demonstrating product features and supporting informed purchase decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, assess their requirements, and recommend suitable kitchen appliances.
• Demonstrate product functions, explain benefits, and answer technical questions.
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the showroom remains clean and organized.
• Process sales, returns, and basic billing using the point‑of‑sale system.
• Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory checks, and coordinate with the store team.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets through proactive customer engagement.

Required profile

• Strong retail sales orientation with a focus on meeting or exceeding targets.
• Good product knowledge of kitchen equipment or willingness to learn quickly.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Basic math ability and comfort using computers for billing and inventory tasks.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Minimum high school diploma; additional sales training is a plus.
