Retail Salesperson – Computer Hardware

About the role

The company is looking for a full‑time, on‑site Salesperson to work in its Jaipur retail outlet. You will greet walk‑in customers, understand their computer hardware needs and guide them to the right products and configurations.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with walk‑in and existing customers, assess their requirements and recommend suitable CPUs, hard drives, motherboards, RAM and peripherals.
• Explain product features, pricing and prepare quotations.
• Process orders, generate invoices and coordinate with the inventory team to confirm stock availability.
• Maintain product displays, update price tags and ensure the showroom is tidy.
• Follow up on leads, handle basic after‑sales queries and support the achievement of sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong sales and customer‑service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Basic technical understanding of computer components and a willingness to learn detailed specifications.
• Good communication skills in English and local languages.
• Attention to detail for accurate billing and order processing.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy retail environment.
