About the role

The Retail Sales Executive is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Dehradun. You will welcome customers, understand their candy preferences and guide them to create a fun, personalized shopping experience in a vibrant retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily sales activities, process cash and digital transactions accurately, and operate the POS system.
• Maintain attractive product displays, ensure store cleanliness, and monitor stock levels.
• Assist with inventory replenishment and support promotional campaigns to boost footfall and sales.
• Collaborate with team members and follow company policies to uphold brand standards.

Required profile

• Strong retail sales ability with a focus on meeting targets and promoting products.
• Excellent customer service and relationship‑building skills.
• Clear communication, flexible availability (including weekends and holidays), and a positive, reliable attitude.
• Minimum high‑school education; prior retail or FMCG experience is a plus.

Required skills

• POS (point‑of‑sale) system operation.
